Today I have been spending time putting together slides for a conference I will be speaking at in London in a few weeks and for some reason this song popped into my head.

Great song and great message:  whether you are speaking at a conference, running a startup, chasing a new deal or trying to be a big time hip-hop star, you have to power through all of your insecurities, all of the reasons you don’t think you can, all of the grumbles from the crowd/market and seize the moment in order to succeed.
